Reservations

Reserving anything from the first batch is free and doesn't commit you to buy. This site doesn't take payment. When your order is ready to ship, we email you the details and a checkout link. You're only charged if you choose to complete that order.

Shipping

Shipping is free to addresses in the contiguous US. We email you tracking when your order leaves. Delivery times depend on the carrier and your location; the tracking page has the latest estimate.

Returns

If it isn't right for your car or your dog, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Email support@ybace.com with your order details first and we'll send return instructions. Items should be clean and complete, with everything that came in the box. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer. Once the return arrives, we refund the original payment method.

Damaged or not as described

If your order arrives damaged or something is wrong, email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo. We'll replace it or refund you, and cover the return shipping.
