How it works

Warmth from the 12V socket.

Cold seats are hard on a dog who's slow to get comfortable. The pad runs from the same 12V socket you'd charge a phone from, so it's warm by the time you reach the trailhead. Set the heat and a timer from the controller on the cord.

Use it with you nearby.

Turn the pad on while you're in or near the car, start on a low setting, and check that your dog is comfortable. Unplug it when you park. Never leave a dog alone in a parked car, warm or cold.

How does reserving work?

Tap Reserve and your email app opens a short note to support@ybace.com with the product filled in. We reply from a real inbox to confirm. Nothing is charged now. When your order is ready to ship, we email you the details and a checkout link, and you decide then.

Will it work in my car?

If your car has a 12V accessory socket (the round, cigarette-lighter style), it should. Not sure? Send us the make, model and year when you reserve and we'll tell you.

How warm does it get?

You choose the setting on the controller. Start low, check on your dog, and go up only if they want it.

Will it drain my battery?

It only draws power while the socket is live. In many cars that's only with the ignition on. Unplug it when you park, just in case.

How do I clean it?

Unplug it, wipe the cover with a damp cloth and mild soap, and let it dry fully before the next use. Don't machine-wash it or soak it.

What about shipping and returns?

Shipping is free within the US, and you'll get tracking by email when your order leaves. If it isn't right for you or your dog, you have 30 days from delivery to send it back.

Where are the reviews?

We don't have any yet, and we won't invent them. First-batch owners will be asked for an honest review after they've used it for a while.
